Welcome to Chat with The Tech. The technologically advanced machinery that went into manufacturing your Rally ROD obviously means less questions related to technical support for it. 
Since we only have our one person in the technical support department we all simply refer to him as "The Tech". The Tech is on duty 24/7/365 and always has his own Rally ROD with him for testing purposes. We often find The Tech playing with his Rally ROD and making notes about how to improve its performance. He is kind of lonely but he seems happy. There is one thing you might like to know about The Tech. His wealth of knowledge is so profound that to simply use it for instructional information on how to get the best performance from your Rally ROD is a waste of his talents (at least that's what he tells us). The Tech's mental prowess is profound to be sure and he always loves a challenge. He is up for it. So, whenever you feel like you have a question about anything, feel free to Chat with The Tech. If he likes the conversation you are seeking with him, then he will engage. If you actually "Stump The Tech" then you clearly are knowledgeable and deserve a high honor indeed. We all refer to him as The Esteemed Most Certifiable, because he is so intelligent that he could actually be certified with any professional designation he would want to seek. If The Tech deems you to be worthy he may confer upon you an honorary designation that is something you will proudly want to share with your friends and family. If you get this super high honor, you have really achieved something in your life. After all, first you simply get to play with your Rally ROD. Now you get to use your brains. We understand this and also recognize that some people still want to contact Technical Support. After all, the version of the Rally ROD you now have is actually Version 2.1.
To create the highest level of satisfaction among those who own and play with their Rally ROD we do retain one person on the team who can help you with any technical questions you may still have. Once you start using your Rally ROD at a sporting event, a parade, a corporate rally, etc., questions may indeed arise and we want to be there for you.
